Documentation

Every business needs the proper documentation and we are here to make sure your business is ready! 

Basic documents are 1 page documents.

Intermediate documents are 2-3 page documents.

Advanced documents are 3+ page documents. 

 Once you have submitted payment for your order, please send documentation content to admin@backendheadquarters.com. Content must include logo and all terms & conditions that you have created for your business. Content must be received within 48 hours or a $50 penalty will be applied. The turnaround time for finished documentation is 7-14 business days. 

The process:

1. Once content is received, work will begin on your documentation.
2. If we come across something that should be included in your documentation then we will make those necessary suggestions. You have the right to approve or decline the information to be included. 
3. The final product will be emailed to you in a PDF format to check for any edits. If the documentation requires no edits, we will send officials. If edits are required, we will make necessary changes. You are only required a total of 3 edits per document. 
4. Once all edits are made and approved, the official document will be sent by email.
